By accessing or using Nuko Business Solutions ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Nuko Business Solutions provides automated trading software tools, including AI-powered trading bots for stocks and cryptocurrency. The Service is a software tool only and does NOT provide investment advice, financial advice, or trading recommendations. All trading is executed through your own third-party brokerage account. We do not hold, manage, or have custody of your funds at any time.
Nuko Business Solutions is NOT a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Nothing in the Service constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or cryptocurrency. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual). You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Subscription prices increase automatically every 90 days. This is disclosed before purchase and reflects the increasing value and exclusivity of the platform. Your price at the time of subscription is locked in until your next escalation date. Annual plans lock in your rate for 12 months.
Each subscription tier has a limited number of slots. When a tier is full, new subscribers may enter a lottery waitlist. Slot availability is displayed on the pricing page.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 7 days of billing for consideration.

All trading algorithms, strategies, signals, bot logic, and proprietary technology within the Service are the exclusive intellectual property of Nuko Business Solutions. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nuko Business Solutions, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, trading losses, missed trading opportunities, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the State of Texas. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If updated Terms require re-acceptance, you will be prompted upon next login.
