1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account (email address, name) and usage data such as trading activity within the platform. We do NOT collect or store your broker credentials — those remain solely on your local machine.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the Service
• Process subscription payments via Stripe
• Send important account notifications
• Improve our trading algorithms and platform
• Respond to support requests

3. Data Storage

Your account data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL with row-level security). Payment information is processed and stored by Stripe — we never see or store your full credit card number.

4. Broker Credentials

Your broker API keys and credentials are stored exclusively on your local machine via the Nuko Client application. They are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Supabase — Authentication, database, and row-level security
• Stripe — Payment processing (PCI DSS Level 1 compliant)
• Vercel — Web application hosting and edge deployment
• Alpaca — Brokerage API integration (credentials stored locally only)
• Resend — Transactional email delivery
• Azure Key Vault — Server-side credential management

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Third-party services receive only the minimum data necessary to provide their services.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymized trading analytics may be retained for platform improvement.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Export your data
